Service and maintenance
When servicing washing machines and clothes dryers, the Covels service technician uses the phone to touch the DANAPE control unit installed on the device. By touching the control unit, the service technician confirms his presence, reads the qr/bar code of the replaced part, takes a photo or enters a free and/or standardized record of the work performed. The result iselectronic service book of each device, but also the tracking of used spare parts.
ISSUE:
Administering in connection with the performed service works takes time. Absence of on-site reporting and permanent recording of communication between service teams.
SOLUTION:
Using the DANAPE system, a simple and permanent recording of activities in the field and the creation of an electronic service book for each device was achieved. Communication was achieved between service teams, as well as the exchange of documentation and instructions related to the works.
The implementation of the DANAPE system in our company enabled us to easily and qualitatively monitor service processes and made us pioneers in the introduction of new technologies in our industry.
